Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Late or missing refunds

2 – Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3 – Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
